I've heard a rumour that they won't release Hero as a single. It was withdrawn when it was finished at all and there's a video recorded from stockholm. That's weird. Does someone knows what's going on?

The single isn't released and there's no release dates either. Only for the DVD reorded in Londen, it will be released in february.

I don't think so! You can preorder the Single at Amazon.de already.

The single is out and receiving airplay over Europe. HERO I believe was NOT for Scandinavian/Swedish release (where previously Sony Music Sweden was the label). If Im not mistaken, HERO is a T&T initiative and will thus be available in countries where T&T released SFTD and GTHF.
There are copies already on ebay - so get to your local stores and start asking. In a previous post I also listed the serial number for the release which makes it next-to-impossible not to order. I assume the video will follow once editing is complete(?)

Sunkan, I dunno WHERE you heard THAT rumour - pls quote your source before things get blown out of proportion as sometimes they do here.

Na maybe someone brought a knit in here.
Norum said in an interview that he doesn´t want that his guitarsolo in the song is cutted. But now I heared there´s a radio version on the maxi witch is a bit shorter than the album version - sorry I didn´t listen it till now as the single comes out here on Nov. 29 at least and I decidet to support the countings here this time. It could be that such rumours come from that subject.

Can someone please tell me what they cut out? It´s a riddle to me where to cut on this song :/

hasn't the guitar solo in the end, but the guitar solo in the middle is exactly as in cd version. Everything, but the beginning is the same, but as I said, the ending is not there. It stops after the vocals.

The single of Hero isn't out what I know of. It has been out for radio stations in Italy for more than a month though.

I don't know about Sweden and their neighbours, but you can order the single from Amazon.de - Germany. The song was on the top of the pops in the Netherlands, so of course it's going to be a single in the Netherlands too. Probably it is going to be released in Belgium, Italy, Spain, France, Slovenia, Croatia, United Kingdom and Japan. It would be strange if it isn't released in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Estonia.
